Denver Chinese School has raised $18371.07
for China Earthquake relief efforts as of May
21!
Dear DCS Members,
(1) To support the
relieve efforts and the earth quake victims, Denver Chinese
School (DCS) has hosted two donation events both on Saturday
6:00-9:00pm, 5/17 at Empress Seafood Chinese Restaurant and
Sunday, 5/18, at DCS Highlands Ranch campus. We've raised
total $18731.07 during these days. After these two events,
you can still mail the donation money to Denver Chinese
School. Our school's mailing address is:

Please make the donation check payable to
Chinese Consulate in Chicago and write "For China earthquake
disaster relief" in the memo line. Chinese Consulate in
Chicago will transfer our fund to Red Cross in China and
will write a receipt initially when the funds are
received.
(2) Some companies have donation matching
programs. It may double that amount you donate. Please check
with your company before you write your donation check. For
that case, you and your company can write donation check to
Denver Chinese School and also please write "For China
earthquake disaster relief" in the memo line. DCS is a
non-profit organization. We will write the same amount money
check to Chinese Consulate in Chicago.
